For the past 6 years I delay having surgery on my foot and ankle because I couldn’t find the right doctor to explain what was really going on. I am 4 weeks post op from bunion surgery and so thankful for Dr. Tsai. He is extremely thorough when explaining the procedure, what to expect and answers any questions or concerns you have. My foot is healing really nicely and doubt once all is healed I will have any noticeable scarring. Dr Tsai is a skilled physician. He takes time to explain your condition in a clear way using models. I never felt rushed. His assistant Brian is great at getting back to you quickly and following up as needed. The phone staff are well trained and very helpful.

I got injured during rock climbing and was later referred to Dr. Tsai for a procedure. Dr. Tsai carefully examined my ankle, discussed my injury and options, and he respected my wish to come back to my favorite sport. All the staff were very professional and friendly throughout all my visits.

Dr. Tsai treated me for a unexpected broken foot after a long awaited hike. 😕 I never had a broken anything so I was a bit uneasy. That all changed from the very first moment I met Dr. Tsai. He is very attentive, personable and easy to talk to. But more, he listens - which is what makes a good doctor, great. Dr. Tsai told me the measure of my injury and what to expect in the coming weeks. Everything he said would happen, did. I healed fairly quickly by following his plan of care.
