Justin Tsai, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle disorders. At Orlin & Cohen, Dr. Tsai is dedicated to helping patients overcome pain, restore mobility, and return to their active lifestyles with confidence.

Before joining Orlin & Cohen, Dr. Tsai practiced at several leading orthopedic institutions across New York and New Jersey, where he provided expert care for a wide range of complex foot and ankle conditions. He also served as Chief of the Foot and Ankle Division at Phelps Memorial Hospital, where he played a key role in advancing specialized orthopedic care.

Dr. Tsai completed his fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital following an orthopedic surgery residency at SUNY Downstate Health Science University. His strong academic background in physiology, biophysics, and human biology complements his evidence-based and patient-centered approach to treatment.

An accomplished author and researcher, Dr. Tsai has published extensively in leading orthopedic journals and presented his work at national conferences. He remains actively involved in the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, contributing to education, diversity, and professional development within the field.
