I’m very impressed with this practice. I have used more than one, so that says something. Dr Tsai is as polite and he was thorough in his exam.

I am an educator now and was a physician assistant. Dr. Tsai is an excellent, caring and professional orthopedic surgeon. My son injured his ankle in a competition and received great care during the surgery. Dr. Tsai explained all the questions that parents had throughout the surgery. He was compassionate and comforted a teenager. Dr. Tsai, my family and I will be forever grateful to you.

I came to Dr Tsai with a lump on my ankle that was rapidly growing. He immediately knew what the issue was and informed me of my options. I was treated right away with positive results. It’s been several weeks now with ni further growth.

Had a great experience both visits. Everyone was so nice and helpful, from the woman at the front desk who had me laughing, to the PA and the doctor that helped me. My visit was for a sprained ankle I got while working, and the staff were all very familiar with paperwork and the whole claim process which made it very easy for me.

I am a Nurse Practitioner with 25 years nursing experience and I can tell you he is a wonderful physician. From the moment I met him during consultation I could tell he was a competent, caring physician and I’d be in great hands during my surgery. The entire process from preoperative to intraoperative to postoperative was explained and went exactly as he promised. Scheduling, visits and everything needed was completed by him or his staff promptly without worrying. I have been taking care of patients myself for a very long time and I can tell you that patient care over the past few decades has changed drastically, some, unfortunately not for the better. On the other hand, Dr. Tsai is one of the few that you could tell went into medicine for all the right reasons and it shows as he is compassionate, easy to talk to with great bedside manner. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I am so grateful to see that there are still some wonderful physicians practicing. Thank you for taking such exceptional care of me Dr. Tsai, my family and I will be forever grateful.

I can not thank Dr. Tsai enough for all he did for my son. He is an excellent doctor in the field of orthopedic surgery, especially foot surgery. Dr. Tsai performed a major operation with great success on my son last June due to a compound fracture that was the result of an injury while playing basketball. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a bone problem or needs surgery. May God bless him and his family always.

From my first encounter with Dr. Justin Tsai until he conducted a surgery on my left toe 2months later, I was very satisfied with the professional way he handled my case. He patiently explained what the diagnosis was and how he plans to proceeds. He listened to my concerns and reassured me. My post-op experience with him was even better. Very friendly and professional, addressing my concerns and guiding me on how to move around to ensure the fusion heals properly while I carry on with my daily activities. I’m grateful to have Dr. Tsia as my doctor. He is compassionate, understanding, professional, and thorough when giving me his medical diagnosis with my post surgery treatment. The physical therapy staff at 65 Columbus is an amazing team. Alex, Samantha, Rutva, and Dean have been a vital instrument when it relates to my physical therapy. Please take the time to recognize and commend them for there contributing efforts regarding my recovery and treatment. Reem, Stephanie, and Melissa have also contributed so much when assisting the PA’s with my treatment. They to need to be recognized for there tireless efforts. The reception staff are super resourceful when it pertains to securing appointments and updating me with any changes with therapy (please commend and recognize there dedicated efforts).
